CALL FOR TRAINING EXCHANGES
SUS.DIV provides an opportunity for researchers involved in the activities of the Network to spend a period of training in another institute. It is not necessary that the host insitute is a SUS.DIV partner. The training exchange programme aims:
Applications for participation in the training exchange programme can be sent any time. You are however encouraged to send your applications at least 2 months prior to the proposed start date of the exchange.
The grantApplicants are invited to propose the grant needed to implement the training exchange. The proposed grant is subject to approval and/or modification. The grant aims exclusively to integrate the expenses of the trainee(s) during the training exchange, in accordance with SUS.DIV core contract, its annexes and the EC financial regulations. The grant is transferred by FEEM to the home institute of the trainee(s) benefiting from the exchange. The amount is transferred in two instalments: the first one within 30 days from the commencement date of the training exchange, the second one at the end of the training exchange. The home institute bears sole responsibility for the management of the grant transferred. The home institute will report the costs incurred for the training exchange in its yearly financial statements (Form C).

Receipt of applications and evaluationUpon receipt of the applications, CERES will evaluate, in collaboration with SUS.DIV Executive Committee, the feasibility, quality and relevance of the proposed training exchange. Proposals will be evaluated against the following criteria:
