Research Task 6: diversity and creativity in organisations RT6 focuses on the capacity of diverse groups to be creative and generate new ideas, new problems soutions and new ways of working together (cognitive stimulation). It also looks at the conditions under which diverse teams can produce innovation and implement it. The approach is highly multi- and inter- disciplinary. WHO IS WORKING IN RT6?
